F\u00edsica i l&#8217;Ag\u00e8ncia Catalana del Consum volen aclarir els dubtes sobre les quotes dels clubs i entitats esportives amb o sense \u00e0nim de lucre, i si aquestes quotes tindrien dret a la devoluci\u00f3 dels imports pagats en cas que no es prestin els serveis. <\/span><\/h5>\r\n<h5><span lang=\"ca\">Segons s&#8217;indica a la nota de premsa:<\/span><\/h5>\r\n<h5>\u201cEn primer lloc, pel que fa a les quotes socials abonades a entitats culturals i\r\nesportives sense finalitat de lucre, legalment creades i inscrites com a tals, no\r\ngeneren dret a devoluci\u00f3. S\u00f3n aportacions a fons perdut per contribuir al\r\nmanteniment de l\u2019entitat i reflecteixen l\u2019adhesi\u00f3 i la pertinen\u00e7a a un projecte\r\ncompartit per totes les persones associades.
